Perfluoropolyether grease is a white grease made of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) and highly chemically stable perfluoropolyether oil(PFPE).It is a liquid synthetic polymer at room temperature, adding PTFE solid thickener.
Perfluoropolyether (English abbreviation PFPE) is a special perfluoropolymer compound.Its average molecular weight is between 500 and 15,000, and there are only three elements in the molecule: C, F, and O. It has the characteristics of heat resistance, oxidation resistance, radiation resistance, corrosion resistance, and non-combustibility.Today, PTFE are widely used in chemical, electronic, electrical, mechanical, nuclear and aerospace fields.
Perfluoropolyether grease is specially used for bearings, gears and parts requiring lifetime lubrication in harsh environments such as high temperature, low speed, high load, chemical corrosion, etc. It can solve a series of lubrication problems of grease loss, dripping, coking, carbon deposition, product wear, etc. to ensure that lubricated components work properly for a long time at high temperatures.
